The Kidblog goal was to write at least 8 sentences... I'm amazed (especially after such a long break) that so many kids wanted to keep writing and writing!!
Our next science unit is all about living and nonliving things. We spent the day preparing for our live organisms that will be delivered soon!!
After watching, Make Me Genius we learned:
The kids worked together to make lists on posters of things they think are living/nonliving. They definitely had some interesting debates around quite a few items including the sun and seeds.
This afternoon, the kids worked through different centers all on this topic:
-scanning a QR code and watching this video
-sorting pictures
-starting their living/nonliving book on Book Creator! Taking a picture of something in our classroom and writing why it is/isn't living
Hope everyone gets a good nights rest... I know I'm tired! :)
