Our Read Aloud today was Wemberly Worried by Kevin Henkes. We will continue to read many books written by Kevin Henkes and compare the characters.

Today the kids drew a picture of something fun they did during their summer on the app Drawing Pad.. They will add these to their first blog post soon!
One of our most favorite times of day.. Calming Time
Right after recess each day each child takes out their calming bag and spends 10 minutes alone getting their body ready for an afternoon of learning. Right now the choices in the bag are drawing or writing in their journal or tracing letters/numbers in their dry erase book.
